During this initial appointment, we will:

• Review your medical history, current medications, and any factors that may affect candidacy or healing
• Examine the areas of concern and assess tissue quality, volume deficit, and structural needs
• Discuss whether alloClae™ is the right solution on its own or as part of a broader treatment plan
• Walk you through realistic expectations for results, longevity, and the recovery process
• Provide transparent, personalized pricing based on the volume and areas being treated

Smaller treatment areas may require 2 to 4 syringes; larger areas or more pronounced volume loss may require more. Dr. Kaado will make a specific recommendation during your consultation.

Session

Your alloClae™ appointment is performed in our office and generally takes 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the number of areas treated and the volume required.

Here’s what you can expect:

• The treatment area is cleansed and prepared, and a local anesthetic or numbing agent is applied to ensure your comfort throughout
• Dr. Kaado uses a blunt cannula to introduce alloClae™ subcutaneously into the targeted region with precision and care
• The structural adipose tissue is deposited in careful, layered passes to ensure even distribution and a natural-feeling contour
• Gentle massage and, where appropriate, visual assessment with the patient upright allow Dr. Kaado to refine symmetry and sculpt the final result

Recovery and Results

Recovery from alloClae™ is generally manageable, and most patients are pleasantly surprised by how quickly they feel like themselves again.

Generally speaking, you can expect the following:

• Immediately after: Some swelling, tenderness, and mild bruising at the injection sites is normal and expected. Initial volume is visible right away.
• Days 1–3: Most patients return to light daily activities within 24 hours.
• Weeks 1–2: Swelling and bruising typically resolve, and the treated area begins to settle into its refined contour.
• Weeks 2–4: The final shape becomes increasingly apparent as the tissue integrates and any residual swelling subsides.
• Ongoing: We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, direct pressure on the treated area, and significant weight fluctuations during the initial healing period. Longevity varies based on individual factors such as metabolism, lifestyle, activity level, and the treatment area.
